The Black Metal Lug Lid contains a Pasteurization Grade Plastisol Liner suitable for Hot Fill and Water Bath Processing.  Plastisol liner which creates an airtight seal when heated and then cooled during processing. These liners are acid resistant thereby they are perfect option for canned food items.
